MY FLOWERS HAVEN'T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?

No worries! Please get in touch with your order number in and the discount code you have and we can sort that out for you.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Give us a call or get in touch by email and (unless the order is already dispatched) we can arrange this for you!

CAN I ADD A MESSAGE?

Yes you can! Add the message in the ‘notes’ section at checkout or send us an email if you forgot to do so

Will the bouquet look exactly as the pictures?

There may be variations in colour (and very few times the style) of flowers, depending on the season and availability of flowers. However, we will always try to match each bouquet as closely as possible.

HOW ARE THE FLOWERS POSTED?

The flowers are posted with one of our courier providers and are secured in a box with gift wrap and a tie.
